Go to the Staff List section, and click Add User button located in the upper left corner of the working area of the opened page:

Different roles will have different access to sections in Hoteza CMS. To view which sections will be viewed by a particular role - click ? button next to the Role field:

<aside> 💡 PLEASE NOTE! Depending on the user's role, the time of arrival of notifications about various events in Hoteza CMS also differs.

If your user has to receive notifications about guest orders and requests, choose Shop, Service or Staff role and tick the list of the services you will get notifications about:

When your user has the Administrator or Supervisor role, he will receive only overdue notifications, which will be sent in 5, 10, 15 minutes if the order status has not been changed, even if you have the list of the services ticked on your account.
