Guests’ registration is necessary to grant them access (after authentication) to such features as the shop, service requests, communication, etc.
Guest authentication in the mobile app is achieved by entering the Room Number and the Last Name. Guest authentication occurs automatically without guest involvement. After checking the correctness of data input, the server sends a message with authentication confirmation and the application grants access to additional functions available for the guest.
There are 3 ways for guest check-in:
Guest List
section is filled automatically, and guests are deleted from this list automatically when they check out from the hotel.<aside> ⚠️ Automatic check-in and check-out of guest occurs only if there is a running interface between PMS and Hoteza.
