The latest development of the Connect my Device section has been released. From now on you can manage the inputs list according to the hotel’s devices and in-room TVs and customize it in the CMS.

Create several different inputs and write the text descriptions with a short instruction for each one so that it becomes easy-to-use for your guests and does not require any additional assistance of the hotel staff members.

HOW TO MANAGE THE INPUTS LIST

1. Go to the Application → Edit Application Content → Source settings and press the +Add Source Setting item button.

2. Fill out the Title and the Description fields in all the languages tabs creating the short and understandable description for each input type according to their use for your guests. It is possible to leave the description field empty.

3. Select the input type from the drop-down list in regards with the input type you’d like to display:

INPUTS TYPES 1. Input - enables connecting of a gaming console with the use of one of the inputs HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3.

The title of this input is recommended to be set up in accordance with the connected device, so it can be InRoom AppleTV, Chromecast, User Device.

In order to add this type select the Input in the Type filed and specify the input (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3) from the additional Parameter drop-down list.
