In order to distinguish between the content and the access of different guests to it, the Display Group function has been created. Using this function, you can create groups that will be available only for certain numbers.

For example, to display specific application content for only a few numbers, you can create a group of numbers and add this group when editing content in the .

To manage the list of display groups, go to Application → Edit Application section —>Hotel SettingsDisplay Group:

In addition to the names of groups, the numbers of rooms that are combined into this group will be displayed.

To create a new group, click on the New group button located in the upper left corner of the working area of the window.

In the Select Room field the numbers of rooms registered in the System for your hotel will be listed.

Enter the name of the group in the Group Name field, then check the boxes and mark the numbers of the rooms that should be combined into the group being created.

To save the group, click Save.

Previously created groups can be edited and deleted. To do this, use
