To manage the hotel guest list within the Hoteza system, the Guest List section is provided and it can be opened by selecting the corresponding command in the Main Menu:

The list of currently checked in guests will be displayed by default (CHECKED IN tab). To view the list of guests with other statuses, i.e. those who are pending for check-in (PENDING tab), checked out guests (CHECKED OUT tab) or those whose check-in was canceled (CANCELED tab), click the respective icons:

For example, to view the list of guests, waiting for check-in confirmation go to the PENDING tab by clicking the respective button:

There are two ways for the guest check-in:

1. via PMS (Property Management System)
2. via mobile app with further confirmation in Hoteza CMS
3. manually in Hoteza CMS.

In case the guest was checked in with the third method, an image of a pin will appear near his name in the management and content delivery System, for example:
