In Hoteza we strongly recommend to sign service contracts with all your customers, even though they are not strictly mandatory. Service contracts help us to sustain the level of recurring cash flow that is needed for providing a proper support whenever our valued customers may need it.

Usually we give 1st level of support at no charge (excluding HSIA), therefore we need to know the handover date when the system was finally accepted by the customer. If for example the system was handed over on 01.10.2020, we will set service expiry date as 30.09.2021. 30 days before this date the hotel staff will receive an orange banner notifying that the service contract will expire in XX days. When service expiry date comes, the hotel staff will receive a red banner and some system features will stop working.
