Hoteza CMS offers two methods for creating a List page: inside other types of pages or on the main menu. The first method involves creating the page within an existing content section, while the second method requires the creation of an entirely new section in the CMS.
To create a new text page inside of the existing section, select the required section in the content tree and press +List:
The page editing form will look as follows:
Complete the fields by following the instructions below, as the fields on this page are identical to those for a List page on the Main Menu.
In case it is required to create a List page in the main menu not belonging to any existing section, go to Main Menu → Add Menu Item. In the opened window select New List Page from the Child Page drop-down list, fill out the title for the section and click Save.
The page editing form will look as follows:
Enter a title of a new page in the Title field and their translations in all the existing languages tabs.
Depending on the type of the page which link should be located on the new page, click the respective button:
The form will automatically open for editing the page when you select a new link. Editing forms will vary depending on the selected type of page — more detailed information can be found in Page Management in the application section of this guide.
The list of newly created pages in the editing form will look as follows:
