The System has a function of messages exchange between registered clients of the application (guests) and hotel staff (System Administrators). To make a list of recipients of messages from guests, go to Application
→ Edit Application Content
select the Messages
item in the tree menu:
The following list opens in the working area:
Disable and enable the recipients with the OFF-ON
the switch.
To add a new recipient in the list, click Add new
. The following screen form will open:
Set the recipient title in the Title
field.
To upload the image file, click Select file…
in the Image
field, then select the location of the image on the hard drive or a removable media and click Open
.

💡 The minimum image size in pixels will be specified in the Minimal dimension requirements

It is not recommended to use very large files in order not to increase the uploading time of images.
Select a role of the new recipient of messages in the Role
drop-down list (from the hotel staff):
To complete, click Save
.
You can edit the recipient information by clicking the button
to the right from the recipient name in the list. A form similar to the form for adding a recipient to the list will appear. Make changes and save by clicking Save
.
It is possible to display the section only in particular rooms specifying the group in the Display Group
drop-down list.
