Hoteza HSIA can send notifications about critical system events via Email and Telegram.
For example, let’s set up an email alert when the gateway temperature rises to 60℃.
First, add an email address to the notification channel:
Next, click the “+” button next to hsia-gateway-temperature(C).
A notification rule constructor will appear.
The example rule means:
“If the last value received from the sensor is greater than or equal to 60 at least once, the system will send a notification via the configured notification channels.”
You can create similar rules for all DCI (Data Collection Item) elements in the list.
Hoteza HSIA allows you to proactively receive alerts about guest login issues.
This setting is user-specific and sends notifications to the email address from the user profile.
