The main trigger of launching the solution back to 2020 were Covid-19 outcomes for hospitality and growing demand from hoteliers to optimize operations. Hoteza Mobile Check-in is a user-friendly and accessible web-based check-in solution for all types of accommodation. It makes the check-in process faster and smarter for hotel guests, additionally increasing hotels revenue by offering amenities at the right time and the right place. Similar to the self-check-in process for flights, which is available 24 hours before the flight, hotel guests will receive email invitations a few days before arrival (usually we recommend to have it 3 days before arrival).
