To access reports on online shop orders go to the Reports
→ Shop reports
section:
A display will open:
To select the reporting period, use the built-in calendar in the Period
filed, then click on the Apply
button:
Switch between two data display modes which will allow you to see the date in graphs and in numbers.

To view the report on how many orders were placed per device, find the “Completed orders by source” section:
To view the number of orders in status New, In Progress, Completed and Cancelled, find the “Order by status” section:
To view the delivery time for the orders per selected period, find the “Order by Delivery Time” section:
The delivery time mentioned is based on the period from placing the order to its changed status to Confirmed.
To view the most popular shop items among your guests per selected period, find the “TOP 10 order items” section:
To export the report to an Excel file, click the Export to XLS
button. In the standard way for the browser used, specify the location on your computer's hard disk or on removable media where you want to save the data.
