As we continue to improve our solutions, we are excited to share the latest updates on Hoteza’s Cast solutions and partnerships with leading tech and hospitality brands. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming and how we are evolving our product to meet market demands.
Previous-generation Chromecast devices remain available on the market, providing a flexible solution for now. While not a long-term strategy, this ensures continued support for our Hoteza Cast product, including compatibility with Chromecast 4th generation. In addition, we are preparing to introduce support for Netflix in an upcoming release, further enhancing the guest experience.
Our Hoteza Stream solution reduces the need for Chromecasts by 80%, simplifying installations and making it easier to overcome the supply challenges around Chromecast devices. Whether you are upgrading from Hoteza/Other Cast solutions or starting fresh, Hoteza Stream provides a more efficient way to manage casting.
Google TV is now integrated into Philips hospitality TVs and is expected to be a built-in feature for Samsung’s latest models by Q2 2025. This new capability will streamline the viewing experience for hotel guests, reducing the need for external casting devices.
LG has introduced its own solution, LG AirServer, which is currently available on their top-tier models. This feature is expected to become standard in next-generation LG hospitality TVs. We are actively working on integrating LG AirServer into our product lineup, with plans to roll it out in Q4 2024.
Apple AirPlay is one of our most significant initiatives. We are closely collaborating with Apple, holding monthly meetings to ensure a flawless implementation. We are targeting Q4 2024 for the pilot installation, after which we anticipate broader support from Apple for future projects. Once integrated, AirPlay will likely be available on both next-generation Samsung and LG TVs.
We are excited about these developments and look forward to delivering even more seamless casting experiences to our hospitality partners. Stay tuned for further updates!
