The Hoteza Telegram Bot feature allows users to:

• Receive notifications similar to notifications about various events in the System by e-mail, in the Telegram messenger
• Change order status to: CONFIRMED, COMPLETED, CANCELLED
• Reply to guest messages

Activating Hoteza Telegram Bot

1. On the user’s information editing page (see the section Editing user information of this document), enter the user’s phone number in the Phone field in the international format, but without ‘+’ or ’00’ (example – ‘79525678899’):

2. In the Telegram messenger, enter @hoteza_bot in the search bar:

3. After the bot activation at the bottom of the screen, click on the Start button or input /start command

4. Next, Hoteza Bot will offer to go through account verification by providing a phone number. Click on the Yes, share my phone number! button:
