Using slots enables displaying limited options (seats, restaurant tables, equipment items, etc.) for hotel guests and prevents them from placing an order in a busy time slot. Here are examples of the services that might become more user-friendly adjusted and become more time-saving for your team:

– Restaurant table booking;

– SPA treatments;

– Rentals (tennis courts, sports equipment, yachts, etc.)

– Breakfast booking

– and many more…

HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE FOR A GUEST?

When the Slots function is created in your Hoteza CMS for a particular service page, the guest will be redirected to such a page on the Guest App after pressing Send a request button:

Here the guest is offered to select a date and a time slot for this service and confirm his request:

The booked time slots will become visible in the Hoteza CMS under the Online Schedule section:

A button with the booked time-slot will appear in the chart. Clicking on it, your staff members will be redirected to a page containing the full details of the request – the guest’s room number and last name, the number of booked slots as well as the time of the request creation:

HOW TO ADD SLOTS ?

Follow two steps below to add a new slot.

Step 1.

To create a new slot go to the Application –> Slots section of the CMS and press +Add:
