The Feedback section allows not only to set up the list of questions of various types but also  create the text for the 'Leave a feedback' popup banners.

Create an inquiry form

  1. Go to the ApplicationEdit Application ContentFeedback section in the CMS.

  1. Fill out the form in all the languages tabs:

<aside> ☝ Name of Inquiry – (e.g. Feedback)

The Title and Text which the guest can see on the pop up banner.

'Leave a feedback' popup banner X hours before check-out

This option allows hotel teams to send to a guest notification with the request to fill a feedback form X hours prior the check-out.

How does it work?

  1. Make an inquiry form in CMS.

  2. Fill the Title and the Text which guest will see on a popup banner.

  3. Ask Hoteza team to set the how long before their check-out the guests receive the notification.

  4. X hours before the check-out guest will see a popup banner with request to fill a feedback form.
