After a guest selects service items (Housekeeping services, SPA treatments, etc.) on his device and adds them to the Cart, places an order, the order notification is sent to the CMS. A new incoming request sent by the guest will be accompanied by a sound alarm and the following notification in the bottom left corner of the CMS will show up:

To see the order click the Go to Hotel Service Requests:

In the working area, a list of new requests appears under the NEW tab, where the latest orders will be displayed in the list:

To view lists of requests with other statuses, e.g. those being processed (CONFIRMED tab), completed today (COMPLETED tab) or canceled today (CANCELED tab), click on the appropriate buttons:
