The subsections of the “Reports” section are intended to view reports on various requests and orders from customers:

The following report types are available:

• customer surveying («Feedback»);
• support service («Service reports»);
• app online orders («Shop reports»);
• pay content («Pay Content Report reports»);
• Internet usage («Internet reports»);
• app statistics by TV channels («App Statistics» → «TV Channels»);
• app statistics by pages («App Statistics» → «Pages»).

When you select the subsections of the “Reports” section, the following screen forms will appear (see in the corresponding subsections of the current section).
